青少年学生体育行为的本真、异化与回归 被引量:32

Truth,Alienation and Regression of Teenager Students' Sports Behaviors

摘要 青少年学生的强健体魄是支撑一个强大国家崛起的人力基础。但是多年来我国青少年学生的体质健康状况却不能令人满意。为探寻导致这种现象产生的主要原因和解决问题的途径,采用现场观察、师生访谈、文献资料等研究方法,以马克思异化劳动理论为依据,从本体论层面探讨了学生体育行为的本真存在,认为非异化劳动与本真体育行为具有共同的特质与价值,并以此为判断标准分析了当前学生体育行为在行为主体、行为动机、行为实施和行为结果等环节存在的异化现象。研究认为,学生体育行为异化产生的主要原因有:学校教育的工具性异化;主客分离的体育教育认识方式;忽视非理性因素在体育行为养成中的作用等。对此从体育教育教学理念、目标、手段等5个方面提出了防止和克服学生体育行为异化的主要途径和方法。 The adolescence students' physical health is the human basis to support the rise of a powerful country, but Chinese adolescence students' is unsatisfactory over the years. In order to explore the main reasons and ways to solve this problem, this study discussed the truth of teenager students' sports behaviors from the perspective of ontology based on Marx's theory of alienation labor, by the methods of field observation, interviewed with teachers and students, and literature review. Study thought that the alienation of labor and truth sports behaviors have the common traits and values, and study took this as judgment standard to analyze the alienation of current students' sports behavior in behavior subject, motivation, implementation and result. The results showed that the main reasons for the alienation of students' sports behavior are the instnlmental alienation of school education, the cognitive mode of physical education separated from the subject and object, and the neglect of role of the irrational factors in development of sports behavior. This paper put forward the main ways and methods to prevent and overcome the alienation of students' sports behavior from several aspects including teaching idea, goal and means.
