BCG对哮喘小鼠SCF表达的影响研究

摘要 哮喘是临床高发的慢性气道疾病,本病与肥大细胞、T淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等细胞及细胞因子有关[1,2]。本次研究中,我们拟从哮喘小鼠干细胞因子(SCF)角度探究BCG在哮喘中的作用机制,现选取成年的清洁级健康雄性昆明小鼠30只进行如下研究。
