摘要
通过调查法、访谈法、统计法等研究方法对兰州市广场舞与太极拳各项目的发展现状进行对比和分析,从体育学、社会学、心理学等多角度对在兰州市开展广场舞与太极拳项目的优势进行了比较.广场舞与太极拳具有浓郁的大众艺术色彩,丰富了人们的精神生活与文化生活,因此在兰州市开展广场舞和太极拳项目具有很大的优势.
Through the method of investigation, inlerview, and statistics, the paper compares and analyzes the development status of square dance and Taijiquan project in Lanzhou city. Specifically, the advantages of square dance and Taijiquan are compared from the perspective of sports science, sociology and psychology. The results show that both the square dance and Taijiquan have a strong color of public art, which enriches the spiritual and cultural life of the people, so carrying out the square dance and Taijiquan has a great advantage in the city of Lanzhou.
