摘要 乳化液泵站作为煤矿综采面液压支架和液压支柱的动力源,为液压系统提供高压、大流量的工作介质。基于电液比例溢流阀设计了乳化液泵站的压力控制系统。系统采用电液比例溢流阀,并在PLC控制中使用PID控制器执行逻辑操作,控制溢流阀的压力卸载。对控制系统进行了整体设计,建立基于电液比例压力控制的系统数学模型,并通过仿真软件对控制结果进行仿真分析。 The emulsion pump station is the power source of hydraulic supports and hydraulic props of coal mine fully mechanized coal mining face, which provides working medium with high pressure and large flow rate for hydraulic system. The pressure control system of emulsion pump station based on electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve was designed. By using electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve technology, and using PID controller to perform logical operations in the PLC control system, the pressure unloading of the valve was controlled. The control system was designed in detail, the mathematical model of the system was established, and the control effect was analyzed by simulation.
