摘要
以依诺沙星与葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯为原料,合成了葡萄糖酸依诺沙星。确定了合成葡萄糖酸依诺沙星的最佳反应条件。结果表明最佳反应条件是:依诺沙星与葡萄糖酸-δ-内酯物质的量比为1∶1.2,在90℃反应1 h,产品收率为86.4%。
The enoxacin gluconate was synthesized using enoxacin and glucono -δ -lactone as row meterial. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows ： the ratio of enoxacin and glucono - δ - lactone was 1 ： 1.2 and the yield was 86.4% at 90 ℃ after 1 h.
