摘要
目的探讨某医学院大学生学业拖延的一般情况并分析其与父母教养方式的关系,为建立有效的干预措施提供参考。方法 2015年12月至2016年6月从本地区高校随机抽取并最终纳入940名在校大学生,调查其学业完成情况以及是否有学业拖延行为,并调查其与父母教养方式的关系。结果⑴学业拖延分数在不同性别、不同年级之间具有统计学差异,男性高于女性,且高年级的学业拖延分数明显高于低年级的学业拖延分数,差异具有统计学意义。⑵学业拖延的相关和线性回归分析显示在家庭环境和父母教养方式中,学业拖延分数与父亲情感温暖理解、母亲情感温暖理解维度呈负相关,与父亲惩罚严厉、拒绝否认,母亲过度干涉、拒绝否认、惩罚严厉维度显著正相关。结论父母的积极温暖的教养方式能够有效降低大学生拖延情况,而严厉、拒绝等负面方式则会增加大学生拖延的程度。
Objective To explore the general situation of academic procrastination of medical college students and analyze the relationship between the academic procrastination and parental rearing patterns, so as to provide the reference for establishing effective interventions. Methods From December 2015 to June 2016, 940 studentsofa local university were randomly selected and investigated for the academic procrastination and its relationship with the parenting style. Results(1) In the academic procrastination score, there was a significant difference between different grades and different sexs. The scores in the high grades were significantly higher than those in the low grades.(2)The correlation and linear regression analyses showed that the academic procrastination scores were negatively correlated with the father’s emotional warmth and understanding, and the mother’s emotional warmthdimensionalities, and were positively correlated with the father’s punishment, refusing to deny, mother’s excessive interference, refusing to deny, and punishment severity dimensionalities. Conclusion The parents’ positive and warm parenting style can reduce the college students’ procrastination effectively, and the negative way increases the degree of college students’ procrastination.
