摘要
曾留守大学生是我国社会转型发展时期所产生的特殊大学生群体,其心理健康状况总体不容乐观,具体表现为:亲子关系差、社会支持系统不完整、人际关系不和谐和主观幸福感低。留守经历对其心理的发展具有积极和消极双重影响。当前人们对曾留守大学生存在认知偏见,高校缺乏针对性心理健康教育措施和有效的联动机制。高校应当立足积极心理学视角,有意识发掘和提升其积极心理品质,不断健全和完善学校心理健康教育的支持体系,发展好稳健的心理健康教育社会支持系统。
The ever left-behind college students appeared in the period of China's social transformation is a special group of college student. Their mental health is perishing. Such as: poor parent-child relationship, lacking social support system, interpersonal discord and low subjective well-being. The existing researches show that college students' left-behind experience has both positive and negative influence to develop their mental health. At present, there is a cognitive bias to Left-behind experience college students, our university lack some targeted mental health education measures and effective linkage mechanism. Future studies should be based on the perspective of positive psychology, we must explore and enhance Left-behind college students' positive psychological quality consciously, at the same time, we should also improve and perfect the school mental health education support system and social support system.
