摘要
针对传统洗衣机洗涤时只能洗掉普通的污渍、有的衣服不适合放在一起洗涤的一些弊端,设计了一种"桶中桶"新型洗衣机。在传统洗衣机大桶的基础上增加了一个可拆卸的小桶,小桶主要用来洗涤不能混合的少量衣服,如掉色的衣服、内衣、小宝宝的衣服等。利用行星齿轮组实现洗衣机两个波轮的正反转,使衣物洗得更干净。采用旋转式进水系统和内部排水管道,实现洗衣机大桶和小桶的进水和排水。一机两桶,分类洗,更方便、快捷、节能和环保,适合大多数的家庭使用,市场前景光明。
A new washing machine with ＂a keg in the barrel＂ was designed to remove uncommon stains and wash different clothes that could not be put together, which could not be done by traditional washing machines. A detachable keg was added to traditional barrel to wash those clothes which can＇t be blended, such as, color fading clothes, underwear and baby clothes. Besides, a planetary gear set was used to let the two pulsators rotate oppositely to make the clothes more clean and a rotating intake system and inside drainage system was adopted to solve water inlet and drainage. The new washing machine, with the characteristics of classified wash, convenience, high efficiency, energy saving, and environment-friendly, fits most families and is supposed to have a great potential in the market.
