摘要
目的探讨不同病理类型大肠息肉患者的中医体质分布特点。方法根据2009年颁布的《中医体质分类与判定标准》,对云南省第一人民医院消化科及内镜室200例大肠息肉患者进行中医体质调查,并统计被调查者大肠息肉的病理类型,分析不同病理类型大肠息肉患者的体质分布特点。结果腺瘤性息肉患者偏颇质中,阳虚体质为易患体质类型,其次为痰湿质、气虚质及湿热质;而非腺瘤性息肉患者则以平和质为主。含绒毛成分组以阳虚质、气虚质为主;不含绒毛成分组以阳虚质为主。结论大肠息肉病理类型与中医体质相关,腺瘤性息肉以阳虚体质为主。
Objective： To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution of colorectal polyps patients with different pathological types. Methods： According to the Classification and Criteria for TCM Constitution promulgated in 2009, 200 patients treated in Department of Gastroenterology and Gastroscope of The First People＇ s Hospital of Yunnan Province were surveyed and the pathological types of colorectal polyps patients were counted to analyze the physical distribution of colorectal polyps patients with different pathological types. Results： Adenomatous polyps patients were partial to be moderate, yang deficiency patients to be subject to be sick constitution, followed by the patients with phlegm - damp, qideficiency and damp heat types. But non - adenomatous polyps patients were peaceful constitution. The villi - containing group was to be Yang deficiency and qi deficiency types while non - villi - containing group to be yang deficiency. Conclusion ： The pathological type of colorectal polyps patients is related to the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine, and adenomatous polyps are mainly subject to yang deficiency constitution.
