摘要 段间区域位置和速度估算是初级分段永磁直线电机无传感器技术的难点。在段内区域反电势观测方法的基础上,提出利用双段定子的合成反电势进行段间区域位置估算的方法。针对常规速度估算方法在段间区域产生波动的问题,构建了基于电机动力学方程的全阶Leunberger速度观测器,并通过仿真和实验研究,验证了所提出的无传感器方法在段内区域和段间区域都具有较高的精度。 An EMF observe method based on disturbance observer is proposed to achieve sensorless control of primary segmented permanent magnet linear motor. An EMF observer for each active segment ( where the mover was currently located, and the subsequent segment) was used. Based on the addition of the observed EMF, a mechanical equation based full -order Leunberger speed observer was implemented in order to reduce speed fluctuation caused by the discontinuous of circuit between segments. The simulation and experiment results show that the sensorless control method has a good estimation precision for position and speed of mover in and between segments.
