摘要
在深化农垦改革新形势下,建设特色鲜明的国家现代农业示范区,整合农业和旅游业两种资源,丰富农旅结合新业态,形成产业升级新方向,促进垦区一二三产业融合发展,是做强做优做大湛江农垦、加快实现垦区农业现代化的重要探索。该文从示范区目标思路、规划布局、运营情况、亮点做法、发展设想等方面系统阐述示范区总体情况及建设过程中的实践与探索。
In the new situation of deepening the reform of land reclamation, it is an important exploration to strengthen and enlarge Zhanjiang agricultural and reclamation and accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization, with the aims of constructing the country＇ s modern agricultural demonstration area with distinctive characteristics, integrating two resources of agriculture and tourism, enriching the new agricultural form combination of agriculture and tourism, forming new directions to upgrade the industry, promoting the reclamation area development in agricultural, industry and tourism industries. This paper expounds the general situation of the demonstration area and the practice and exploration in the construction process from the aspects of the target area of the demonstration area, the planning and layout, the operation, the highlights and the development ideas.
