摘要 对新干航电船闸人字门的下料、主梁制作、整体组装和焊接变形控制等过程的制造技术进行阐述,并将容易出现质量问题和需要注意的地方列入了重点,特别对主梁、面板的制造工艺和焊接工艺进行了改进。为了防止门叶扭曲变形,保证人字门的制造质量,在推力板和加劲板与主梁腹板连接的角焊缝位置上采用加装三角支撑板的措施,最终制造出符合设计和标准的优质产品,对类似大型人字门制造有一定的借鉴意义。 The production of main girder, the overall assembly and welding deformation control in the process of manufacturing technology of narrative, and prone to quality problems and need to pay attention to were introduced, especially the manufacturing process of main girder, the panel and the welding process was improved. In order to prevent the door leaf distortion, the guarantor/ issuer word door manufacturing quality, the thrust plate and stiffening plate connected to the girder web plate with trianguXar support plate used in the fillet weld position of measures, eventually made up to the standard of design and high quality products, for future similar large miter gate manufacturing has certain reference significance.
