摘要
为分析高温拉幅定型机烘箱保温板表面热量分布和外表面最高温度,运用SolidWorks Simulation仿真软件对填充页岩板的保温板结构进行热力分析,并将分析结果与需求结果进行比较,结果证明设计结构在温度高于实际工况的条件下仍然符合实际需求。
In order to analyze the heat distribution on the surface of the insulation board and the naaximttna temperature of the outer surface of the oven, the thermal analysis of the structure of the insulation board filled with shale plate was carried out by using SolidWorks Simulation simulation software. The results were compared with the demand results. Structure in the temperature is higher than the actual conditions of the conditions still meet the actual needs.
