摘要
在对2015-2016年世界总体经济形势分析的基础上,对目前国际经贸格局的变化进行系统的梳理和总结,并就TPP对中国及世界贸易格局的影响进行研究,分析国际经贸格局的发展趋势,从而为后续构建和完善我国大宗商品定价机制的研究奠定基础。同时,对大宗商品定价机制及其演变过程分析,包括国际贸易谈判定价机制和国际贸易以期价为基准的定价机制(基差定价)。以农产品为例,分析大宗商品定价机制(政府调控下的市场主体定价方式),包括发达国家大宗商品的国内定价机制和中国大宗商品国内定价机制。对国际与国内大宗商品的演变过程进行分析。最后分析了大宗商品全球价值链治理下的定价机制。
On the basis of analyzing the overall economic situation of the world in 2015-2016, the paper analyzes and summarizes the changes of the current international economic and trade pattern, and studies the impact of TPP on China and the world trade pattern, analyzes the international economic and trade pattern Development trend, so as to follow up the construction and improvement of China＇s commodity pricing mechanism to lay the foundation for research. At the same time, the commodity pricing mechanism and its evolution process analysis, including the international trade negotiation pricing mechanism and international trade to the price as the benchmark pricing mechanism （base pricing）. Taking agricultural products as an example, this paper analyzes the pricing mechanism of commodity （the way of market pricing under government regulation）, including the domestic pricing mechanism of commodities in developed countries and the domestic pricing mechanism of Chinese commodities. The analysis of the evolution of international and domestic commodities. Finally, it analyzes the pricing mechanism under the global value chain of commodities.
