摘要
高校图书馆发展是高校发展的必然选择,校图书馆作为高校系统中的子系统,要为大学发展服务,从而促使大学这个生态主体自动调节其内部管理机制。同时,图书馆也能处理好与政治、经济等外部环境的关系。本文用教育生态学原理对高校图书馆生态系统进行了分析,并给出相应的对策及解决建议。
The development of university library is an inevitable choice for the development of the university. The university library, as the subsystem of a university, shall provide service for the university and promote the university to adjust internal management mechanism. At the same time, the library can deal with the relationship between politics and economy. Based on educational ecology, this article makes an analysis on the ecological system of university library, and puts forwards corresponding countermeasures and suggestion.
