不同层级公立综合医院护士长核心能力的调查研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨不同层级公立综合医院护士长核心能力需求的差异,为不同层级公立综合医院护士长临床选拔和任用提供科学的评价工具。方法:采用分层抽样方法选取珠海市三级、二级及一级公立综合医院各3家作为被调查医院,运用护士长核心能力评估表对被调查医院中144名护士长进行问卷调查,比较不同层级公立综合医院之间护士长核心所占权重的差异,并进行相关性统计分析。结果:本次调查回收有效问卷138份,有效率95.83%。护士长核心能力中人际关系能力得分最高,平均(4.29±0.99)分,得分率93.19%。高级职称护士长核心能力中护理科研能力得分高于中级职称护士长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同层级公立综合医院护士长在基本素质能力、临床专业技能、护理管理能力3个维度权重比较无差异(P>0.05),而一级公立综合医院护士长人际关系能力及护理科研能力所占权重与三级公立综合医院比较有差异性(P<0.05),而二级、三级综合医院护士长护理教育能力所占权重均高于一级综合医院(P<0.05)。结论:不同层级公立综合医院对护士长核心能力的需求存在差异性,构建不同的能力模型,有助于为护士长的选拔、任用、培训和评价提供专业性、针对性以及实用性依据。 Objective :To discuss the difference of core competence demands of head nurses in public general hospitals of different levels, so as to provide a scientific evaluation tool for the clinical election and appointment of head nurses in public general hospitals of different levels. Methods : Stratified sampling was used, and 3 public general hospitals of Grade 3, Grade 2 and Grade 1 in Zhuhai were respectively selected as the investigated hospitals, and head nurse core competence evaluation scale was used for questionnaire investigation on 144 head nurses in the investigated hospitals, and a comparison was made on the difference of weight of head nurses' core competence in public general hospitals of different levels, and relevant statistical analysis was conducted. Re- sults : In this investigation, 138 effective questionnaires were recovered, with an effectiveness of 95.83 %. In the core competences of head nurses, interper- sonal relationship ability had the highest score, (4.29 + 0.99 ) scores on average, with a scoring rate of 93.19 %. The score of nursing scientific research ability in the core eompetences of head nurses with senior title was higher than that of head nurses with intermediate title, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference through the comparison of weight of head nurses in general public hospitals of different levels in basic qual- ity competence, clinical professional skill and nursing management ability ( P 〉 0.05 ), there was difference through the comparison between the weights of interpersonal relationship and nursing scientific research ability of head nurses in Grade 1 general public hospitals and those of head nurses in Grade 3 gener- al public hospitals ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the weight of nursing education ability of head nurses in Grade 2 and Grade 3 general hospitals was higher than that of head nurses in Grade 1 general hospitals ( P 〈 0.05 ).
