摘要
国家创新驱动发展战略和"大众创业、万众创新"的时代浪潮,对高校创新创业教育提出了新的要求,推动高校、政府和市场的各种社会资源和创新要素从"融入"走向"融合",并构建"回应理性的创业教育目标诉求"。当前,高校创新创业教育社会融合存在政府角色转变、市场与需求导向、一体化的协作等趋势与挑战。应立足高校,从社会融合角度对创新创业各类资源和创新要素进行开发、整合和利用:以科技转化成果融入经济社会各领域,构建开放式创新创业教育服务,充分利用政府政策、社会资本与创业资金支持,引入社会创新创业教育智库资源,让社会资源和创新要素通过"聚合"进而产生"聚变"效应,从而构建起强大的创新创业教育社会支撑和服务体系,推动高校创新创业教育向更大范围、更高层次、更深程度发展。
China＇ s innovation-oriented development strategy and the era of mass entrepreneurship and innova- tion we are in have proposed new demands to university innovation and entrepreneurship education, which has pro- pelled various kinds of social resources and innovative elements in university, government and market from fusion to integration, as well as responded to rational target on educational entrepreneurship. Currently, the social integration of innovation-and-entrepreneurship oriented university education faces such trends and challenges as the change of government＇s role, market and demand orientation, and integrated cooperation. We should explore, integrate and utilize various kinds of innovative and entrepreneurial resources and innovative elements from the perspective of so- cial integration by focusing on universities. We should integrate the scientifically transformed achievements into ev- ery field of the economic society, construct an open service of innovative and entrepreneurial education, fully make use of government policies, social capital and entrepreneurial capital support, and introduce social innovative and entrepreneurial resources in educational think tank, to let social resources and innovative elements generate the effect of fusion through aggregation. This will establish a strong social support of innovative and entrepreneurial edu- cation and service system, which promotes the development of university innovative and entrepreneurial education to a larger scale, a higher level and a greater extent.
