摘要
目的总结心内科血管活性药物应用的观察事项及护理体会。方法 108例心内科患者应用血管活性药物,做好用药前、中及后的综合观察及护理。结果 108例患者应用血管活性药物过程中出现低血压1例,停药观察后血压可恢复,药物外渗及静脉炎共9例,经停止输液,回抽局部残留的药液,抬高患肢,予25%硫酸镁湿敷、新鲜土豆片及喜疗妥外敷,四黄水蜜冷敷肿胀肢体等处理后皮肤红肿硬结消散。结论血管活性药物在心内科应用越来越广泛,但其可能出现的不良反应对患者损害较大,因此血管活性药物的安全有效使用需专科医生准确制定方案,更离不开密切的观察和细心的护理配合。
Objective To summarize the observation items and nursing experience of the application of vasoactive drugs in the cardiology department. Methods 108 cases treated with vasoaetive drugs received comprehensive observation and nursing care before medication, medication processand and after medication.Results One case occurred hypotension in 108 patients, and blood pressur recovered after stopping drug; 9 cases occurred drug extravasation and phlebitis, and after stoping the infusion, returning the local residual liquid, raiseing the ＇affected limb, 25% Magnesium Sulfate wet compress, fresh potato chips and Hirudoid external application,and Sihuangshuimi cold compress,skin swelling and induration. Conclusion Vasoactive drugs are more and more widely used in Department of cardiology. However, the adverse reactions may be more harmful to patients. Therefore, the safe and effective use of vasoactive drugs should he formulated by the specialist, and can not do without close observation and careful nursing cooperation.
