摘要
商住综合体满足了人们物质生活和精神文化的功能要求,"场所精神"的概念引入可有效提高公共空间的商业价值,聚集商住综合体人气,凸显城市特色,使人们也获得良好的归属感,为本文以吴江华润中心商住综合体项目为例,阐述多元化场所空间形成中以个性化为特色,因地制宜地融入城市空间,使人与环境产生心灵共鸣。
the residential and commercial complex meet the functional requirements of people material life and spiritual culture, introduced the concept of "place spirit" can effectively improve the public space of commercial value, gather the residential and commercial complex sentiment, highlight the city characteristics, make people have a good sense of belonging, for this paper, taking wujiang huarun center residential and commercial complex project as an example, this paper space form diversified places in personalized features, local conditions in urban space, make the person mind resonance with the environment.
