摘要
本文以笔者工作的泉州师范学院艺术专业硕士舞蹈编导方向为例,重点阐述培养的三个维度:以地域文化为基础,在深度和广度上夯实、完善知识结构;以创新能力为核心,有针对性地提升专业创新能力;以实践能力为立足点,锻炼学生在艺术实践过程中组织、沟通、协调、团队合作等多项能力,尽可能使其未来与工作岗位"无缝对接"。
The education of MFA in Choreography in Quanzhou Normal University is conducted with the purpose of cultivating high -level choreographers and professionals that can apply the theories and techniques of choreography to the study, inheritance, innovation and spread of folk dance in Fujian and Taiwan. The mode of practice education is constructed in accordance with this purpose, highlighting field work and choreography practice while paying attention to the teaching of dance theories and the cultivation of students' overall qualities. The cultivation of talents is improved by means of combining lecturing, skill and technique training with art practice and through the creation of favorable conditions for students' participation in various art practices.
