摘要
患者男,11岁。左肘上部皮肤红斑、丘疹伴鳞屑半年。皮肤科情况:左肘上部皮肤见5.0cm×4.0cm红斑块,其内散在色素减退斑,边缘散在米粒大小红丘疹及鳞屑。皮损组织病理示:真皮内见一化脓性毛囊炎,有多量中性粒细胞浸润,周边有肉芽肿性反应,毛囊内可见多数孢子样结构。诊断:Majocchi肉芽肿。治疗:伊曲康唑口服,联苯苄唑外用,8周后皮疹基本消退。
An 11-year-old boy presented with plaque, papules and scales on the left upper elbow for half a year. Physi- cal examination revealed that a plaque sized 5.0cm × 4.0cm with part of depigmentation, papules and scales on his left elbow. Histopathological examination found that a suppurative folliculitis in the dermis with infil- tration of lots of neutrophile granulocytes. The granulomatous reactions could be seen around the hair follicle and spore-like structures in it. The diagnosis was Majoechi＇ granuloma. The skin lesions disappeared basi- cally after 8 weeks treatment by itraconazole and bifonazole.
