摘要
目的探讨分析高血压合并混合痔患者接受手术切除治疗的术中护理配合方式,为临床手术护理提供参考。方法根据我院接收的高血压混合痔患者36例来进行研究分析,共有男性患者19例,女性患者17例,年龄28~70岁。患者均使用了腰硬联合麻醉,行手术切除治疗,术中为患者提供镇痛泵护理、心理护理,建立静脉通道,病情观察等护理措施。为患者进行系统的手术中护理配合研究。结果全部患者均获得了良好的手术治疗效果,患者的高血压并发症发生率得到了控制,显著下降。结论高血压合并混合痔患者接受手术切除治疗,全过程提供手术护理配合,能够让患者的手术并发症几率降低,患者的手术安全性得到提升。临床中对手术中护理配合进行研究分析,有助于更好的提供术中护理,让患者的临床治疗效果得到提升。
Objective To discuss the method of intraoperative nursing cooperation in patients with hypertension and mixed hemorrhoid undergoing surgical resection, so as to provide reference for clinical operation nursing. Methods According to our hospital received 36 cases of hypertension mixed hemorrhoid, 19 cases of male patients, 17 cases of female patients, age 28 - 70 years old. All patients were treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia, surgical resection, intraoperative analgesia, pump care, psychological care, the establishment of venous access, patient observation and other nursing measures. Study on systematic nursing cooperation during operation. Results All patients received good surgical treatment, the incidence of hypertension complications was controlled, and decreased significantly. Conclusion Patients with hypertension combined with mixed hemorrhoid undergo surgical resection and provide surgical care for the whole process, which can reduce the risk of surgical complications and improve the operation safety of patients. Clinical research and analysis of nursing cooperation in operation will help to provide better intraoperative care and improve the clinical treatment of patients.
