摘要
目的对老年功能性消化不良患者的临床护理措施和效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年5月—2017年1月在我院接受治疗的老年功能性消化不良患者108例,并1∶1随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各54例。对分别应用常规护理和中医护理的效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(92.59%vs.72.22%);护理后,实验组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分及消化道症状评分均低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理应用于老年功能性消化不良患者中的效果理想。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing measures and the effect in the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 108 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted in our hospital from May .2014 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 54 cases of patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group was administered with Chinese medicine care, the efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results The experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction than in the control group （92.59% vs. 72.22%）. While experimental group displayed statistically significant lower in the case of anxiety scores, depression scores and gastrointestinal symptoms scores than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine care is effective in elderly patients with functional dyspepsia and deserves to be popularized.
