摘要
目的探讨分析琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法选取2012年10月—2013年10月来我院就诊的心力衰竭患者40例作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各20例患者。两组患者均给予常规吸氧、强心、维持水电解质平衡等基础治疗,对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上,给予酒石酸美托洛尔进行治疗,比较两组不同治疗方法对心力衰竭的临床效果。结果经积极治疗后,对照组患者治愈1例、显效5例、有效8例、无效6例,治疗总有效率为70.00%。观察组患者治愈2例、显效6例、有效10例、无效2例,治疗总有效率为90.00%。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭具有较好的临床效果,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of metoprolol succinate in the treatment of heart failure, and to summarize its clinical value. Methods From October 2012 to October 2013, 40 patients with heart failure treated in our hospital were selected as the research object, and they were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 20 patients in each group. Two groups of patients were given conventional oxygen, strong heart, maintaining water and electrolyte balance treatment, the control group were treated with irbesartan treatment, patients in the observation group based on the treatment in control group were given metoprolol tartrate treatment, clinical effect analysis and comparison of two groups of different treatment methods for heart failure. Results After the positive treatment, 1 cases were cured in the control group, 5 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 70.00%. Patients in the observation group were cured in 2 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 10 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 90.00%. The curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of metoprolol succinate in the treatment of heart failure has good clinical effect.
