摘要
"依法治校"是我国高校廉洁教育的未来方向与基础,对廉洁教育有着实际的引导和塑造作用。高校廉洁教育具备独有特点,其现状也呈现出与其他廉政教育不同的发展路径。法治有其独特的作用机理,高校廉洁教育也存在特有的作用机制。高校廉洁教育只有顺法治规律而为,才能彰显其实际效果,突出高校廉洁教育的特点。
＂Ruling the universities by law＂ is the future direction and base of Chinese university probity education, directing and constructing the probity education practically. The university probity education has its unique characteristics. Its situation and developing direction is different from that of the probity education in other fields. The rule of law has its own functioning system and works in the university probity education differently. The university probity education should be done according to the rule of law regularly so that its practical effect can be embodied and the characteristics of university probity education can be emphasized.
