摘要
目的:比较分析锁定加压钢板和解剖钢板在复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取2013年6月至2015年6月佛山市南海区第八人民医院收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者60例作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分成2组,每组30例。对照组采取解剖钢板内固定术治疗,研究组采取锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗。观察比较2组术中及术后恢复情况,膝关节功能HSS评分以及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组患者总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论:锁定加压钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折在疗效、总有效率及并发症上均优于解剖钢板,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective： To comparatively analyze the clinical effect of locking compression plate and anatomical plate in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods： A total of 60 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from Jun 2013 to Jun 2015 were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received anatomical plate internal fixation, and the study group received locking compression plate internal fixation. The intraoperative and postoperative recovery, HSS score of knee function and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： In the study group, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, completely load-bearing time were all significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.01） . The total effective rate was 96.67% in the study group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （73.33%, P〈0.05） . The complication rate was 6.67% in the study group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group （26.67%, P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Locking compression plate is superior to anatomical plate in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures in terms of curative efficacy, the total effective rate and complications, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
