摘要
目的:观察梅花针联合窄谱中波紫外线、他克莫司软膏治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风的临床疗效。方法:选取60例白癜风患者,并将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组予窄谱中波紫外线及他克莫司软膏外用治疗,治疗组予梅花针叩刺联合窄谱中波紫外线、他克莫司软膏外用治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组对进展期白癜风的疗效更佳。结论:梅花针联合窄谱中波紫外线、他克莫司软膏治疗气滞血瘀型白癜风疗效肯定,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To doserve the clinical efficacy of plum - blossom needle combined with narrow - band UVB phototherapy and tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of blood stasis and vital energy retardation vitiligo. Methods Choose 60 cases of patients with vitiligo in our hospital, were randomly divided into groups, the matched group 30 patients, use NB - UVB and tacrolimus ointment. The treatment group 30 patients, use plum - blossom needle piece erasuring combined with NB - UVB and tacrolimus ointment - t . Results The treatment group cure rate （86. 7% ） was significantly higher than that of the matched group （60%）, two group of com- parison differences have statistics significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Treatment effect of vitiligo in progress period is better than it in table peri- od. Conclusion plum - blossom needle combined with narrow - band UVB photothe - rapy and tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of blood stasis and vital energy retardation vitiligo have best curative effects, untoward effect and worthy of clincal applucation.
