摘要
目的探讨中西医结合护理措施在膀胱肿瘤经尿道等离子电切术后的作用。方法将病例随机分成对照组及研究组,各45例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组则采取中西医护理。分别对2组患者的膀胱痉挛发生程度、患者对护理工作的满意度进行统计分析。结果 2组患者发生膀胱痉挛的程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组膀胱痉挛发生率明显低于对照组;患者对护理工作满意度方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组满意度明显高于对照组。结论中西医相结合的护理措施可有效地减少膀胱肿瘤术后并发症,而且增进了护患之间的关系,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group took routine care, and the study group took integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. The degree of bladder spasm and the satisfaction of nursing care were analyzed statistically in the two groups. Results There was significant difference in the degree of bladder spasm between the two groups （P 〈0.05） . The incidence of bladder spasms in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . The satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion The nursing of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can effectively reduce the complications of bladder cancer, but also improve the relationship between nurse and patient, which improved patient satisfaction.
