摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病现已成为我国常见的肝病之一,严重危害人类健康。且发病年龄也呈年轻化的趋势,相关的临床和实验研究报道也越来越多,中医药在防治NAFLD方面也取得显著的效果,因其临床疗效好及不良反应小而受到广泛重视。临床上,非酒精性脂肪性肝病根据其中医临床表现可分为多种类型,其治法也有所不同。本文对近年来中药复方在治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病方面取得的一些进展进行综述。
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease has become one of the common liver diseases in China, seriously endangering human health. And the age of onset also showed a younger trend, the relevant clinical and experimental research reports are more and more Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of NAFLD also take significant results, because of its clinical effect and adverse reaetions are small and widespread attention. Clinically, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease according to its clinical manifestations of Chinese medicine can be a variety of types, the law is also different. In this paper, traditional Chinese medicine compound in recent years in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease has made some progress in the review.
