摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对直肠癌经肛内镜切除术后患者排便功能及生活质量的影响。方法 19例直肠癌经肛内镜切除术后患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表将其分为对照组(9例)及实验组(10例),对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上采用延续性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,实验组术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间均明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,实验组Wexner评分(8.5±2.6)分、徐忠法评分优良率90.00%均明显高于对照组(11.1±2.5)分、44.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌经肛内镜切除术后患者的护理中采用延续性护理方法,能够有效改善患者的排便功能,进一步增强患者的控便能力,提高患者的日常生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate influence by continuous nursing on defecation function and quality of life in patients after transanal endoscopic excision of rectal cancer. Methods A total of 19 patients after transanal endoscopic excision of rectal cancer as study subjects were divided by random number table into control group （9 cases） and experimental group （10 cases）. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received additional continuous nursing to conventional nursing. Nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the control group, the experimental group had obviously less intraoperative bleeding volume, and shorter postoperative anus exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay time. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In postoperative 1 month, the experimental group had Wexner score as （8.5 ± 2.6） points and good rate of Xu Zhongfa score as 90.00%, which were all higher than （11.1 ± 2.5） points and 44.44% in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of continuous nursing in nursing for patients after transanal endoscopic excision of rectal cancer can effectively improve defecation function and further enhance defecation control ability. This method can improve quality of life in patients, and it is worth promoting.
