摘要
针对管子坡口火焰切割的特点,进行了传动系统、夹具、电路和切割装置等部件的设计和制作,成功研制了切割速度可调、坡口角度可控、切割质量较高的半自动火焰切割管子坡口设备。经过实际切割质量检测表明,切割的管子坡口表面光滑无挂渣,棱边无塌陷,坡口根部成型好,坡口角度符合焊接工艺要求,坡口质量检验合格。
According to the characteristics of flame cutting pipe groove, the transmission system, clamps, circuits and cutting devices were designed and fabricated, and the semi-automatic flame cutting pipe groove device with adjusted cutting speed, controllable groove angle, high cutting quality was successfully developed. The actual cutting quality inspection shows that the surface of groove is smooth, no adhering slag and edge collapse, the groove root forming is good, the groove angle conforms to the welding requirement, and the groove quality is qualified.
