摘要
基于Autoform有限元软件对前罩外板的成形过程进行了数值模拟,预测了成形过程中板料的开裂、起皱等缺陷。研究了板材的屈服强度、应变硬化指数对前罩外板成形性能、减薄率的影响。结果表明,采用4工序可以冲压出高质量的前罩外板,较小的屈服强度、较大的应变硬化指数有利于前罩外板的成形。
The forming process of front outer hood was simulated based on Autoform finite element software. The delects such as cracking, wrinkling and other defects in the forming process were predicted. The effects of yield strength and strain hardening exponent on the formability and thinning rate of the front outer hood were studied. The results indicate that high-quality front outer hood can be stamped out by using four working procedures, and the smaller yield strength and larger strain hardening exponent are beneficial to the forming of the front outer hood.
