摘要
文章针对小批量产品抽样检验存在的样本量大、检验费用高等问题,研究了基于贝叶斯理论的抽样检验方法,该方法充分利用质量的历史信息,以费用最小为目标,在保证质量的前提下,尽可能减少所检验样品的个数,降低检验的工作量和成本。
Aiming at such problems as vast samples and high cost in sampling inspection for small amount of products, this paper studies the sampling inspection method based on Bayesian theory. With the minimum cost as its aim, the method makes full use of the historical information about quality, and with quality guarantee as the precondition, reduces the number of the inspected items as well as the workload and cost of inspection as much as possible.
