摘要
国家的政策与实践并非与世隔绝,有许多因素会导致观念变迁。其中最重要的一个渠道是通过学术交流接触外国理念。在过去的二十年里,有二十四位中国学者来到美国,在犯罪学/刑事司法学领域或者相近学科领域获得硕士和博士学位。通过使用问卷调查的方法来了解这个复杂的过程,可以深入了解选择在美攻读犯罪学或刑事司法学博士学位的学者们的历史和他们的贡献。
National policy and its practice are not always invariable and they will be influenced by many elements, especially the foreign ideas provided by academic exchange. In the past twenty years, 24 Chinese scholars have been to America and got their master＇ s degree or doctor＇ s degree in the field of criminology or criminal judicial or other related fields. This paper aims at analyzing the complex process by conducting questionnaire survey so as to help readers have a better understanding of the history of these scholars＇ study on criminology or criminal judicial for doctor＇ s degree and also their contribution.
