摘要
美国一流的高校智库致力于公共政策研究,在此基础之上开展决策咨询和人才培养,将这三者作为自身的功能定位,并据此制定出相应的特色发展路径,通过多种方式提升决策影响力、促进国际交流,同时,也致力于培养智库人才。我国高校智库可参考美国高校智库灵活的机制和发展模式,组建优秀的研究团队,强化内部协作与外部沟通交流,向社会提供高水平智库成果。
American first-class university think tanks have been engaged in public policy researches, and based on this carry out decision-making and talents cultivation. They take these as their function orientation, make relevant featured development paths, enhance decision-making influence by various ways and promote international exchange, and commit to cultivate talents at the same time. It＇s necessary for Chinese university think tanks to make reference of the mechanism and development model of American university think tanks, build excellent research teams, strengthen internal collaboration and external communication, and provide the society with think tank results of high level.
