羧基丙烯酸树脂3D打印粉末材料制备及粘接溶液参数优化 被引量:1

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)以及甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为原料,以季戊四醇三烯丙基醚(APE)为交联剂,采用水相悬浮聚合法制备具有轻微交联度的羧基丙烯酸共聚树脂,并以其作为3D打印粉末材料,同时以稀碱溶液作为粘接溶液,经3D打印制取实体成品。分别考察了单体和交联剂的用量、粘接溶液碱性浓度对打印成品性能的影响规律,确定了树脂最优合成条件和粘接溶液最佳浓度。 The carboxyl acrylic resin used as prototyping powder for three dimensional printing (3DP) was copolymerized by suspension polymerization method from AA,BA and MMA,and then 3DP production was prepared from prototyping powder and dilute alkali solution which was used as adhesive solution. The effects of dosage of acrylate monomer and crosslinker and the concentration of NaOH in adhesive solution on the properties of resultant 3DP productions were investigated respectively, and finally the optimum synthetic conditions of resin and the optimal concentration of NaOH were determined.
