摘要
[目的]观察脑心通联合尼莫地平治疗气滞血瘀眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例尼莫地平,20mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组30例脑心通,4粒/次,3次/d,口服;尼莫地平治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、全血高切黏度、全血低切浓度、生活质量评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(1个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%;对照组显效10例,有效8例,无效12例,总有效率90.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。全血高切黏度、全血低切浓度两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。神经功能缺损评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。生活质量评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]脑心通联合尼莫地平治疗气滞血瘀眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with nimodipine in the treatment of blood stasis vertigo. [Method] 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method. The control group of 30 cases of nimodipine, 20 rag/times, 3 time/d, oral. The treatment group of 30 cases of Naoxintong, 4 tablets, 3 times/d, oral nimodipine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 months for a course of 1. Observation of clinical symptoms, neurological deficit scores, high blood viscosity, low shear blood concentration, quality of life score, adverse reaction. Treatment 1 course of treatment （for 1 months）, judge curative effect. [result] in the treatment group, 15 cases were markedly effective, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in all cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%, the control group was markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 12 eases, the total effective rate was 90%; the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. High blood viscosity, low shear blood concentration of two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Neurological deficit score of the two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. The quality of life scores of the two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with nimodipine in the treatment of blood stasis vertigo, with no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
