摘要
为研究不同生育期湿地土壤镉离子含量的变化,分析废水灌溉条件下湿地土壤中镉离子的迁移特征。利用沈阳农业大学综合试验基地小试装置模拟辽河口天然芦苇湿地,采用原始COD_(cr)浓度配置50,175,300mg·L^(-1),分别在不同生育期(发芽期、展叶期、拔节期、抽穗期和成熟期)灌溉不同浓度造纸废水,测定不同质量浓度废水下湿地土壤中镉离子的含量。结果表明:不同灌溉方式下,废水质量浓度为300mg·L^(-1)处理对土壤镉离子含量影响最大,随着土层深度增加,土壤镉离子含量变化趋势表现为:处理1>处理3>处理2>CK;发芽期至成熟期灌溉不同质量浓度的造纸废水,土壤中镉离子含量变化量变化趋势表现为:成熟期>抽穗期>拔节期>展叶期>发芽期,说明在成熟期灌溉造纸废水,镉离子含量变化量最大,其中在废水质量浓度为300mg·L^(-1)处理时变化量达到最大值(2.91mg·kg^(-1)),50mg·L^(-1)处理变化量达到最小值(0.81mg·kg^(-1));不同废水质量浓度灌溉下,土壤中镉离子含量总体上呈现为:废水灌溉组大于清水对照组。经过相关性分析可知,土壤中镉与铜、铅、镍含量之间存在呈极显著正相关关系,说明在不同废水质量浓度灌溉下,铜、铅、镍含量越高,土壤中的镉含量越大。
The changes and migrat ion characterist ics of cadmium in the wet land soi l under wastewater i rrigation have been studied to simulate Liao He Kou natural reed wetland with the device of comprehensive test site in Shenyang Agricultural University. The original configuration of CODcr in papermaking wastewater was diluted to the concentrations of 50, 175 and 300mg*L-1, and then irrigated respectively in different growth periods (germination period, exhibition leaf stage, jointing stage, heading stage and maturity). The cadmium contents were tested in the wetland soi l under different wastewater irrigation patterns. The results showed that concentration of 300 mg*L-1 has the greatest effect on soi l cadmium content under different irrigation methods. Soi l cadmium content changing trend is shown as: processing 1 〉 processing 3 〉 processing 2 〉 CK with the increase of soil depths. From germination period to maturity under papermaking wastewater irrigation in different concentrations, the contents of cadmium in soil: maturity 〉 heading stage 〉 jointing stage 〉 leaf stage 〉 germination stage, which illustrates the change of cadmium variation was the largest under papermaking wastewater irrigation in mature stage. The maximum variation value achieved 2.91 mg.kg-1 in the wastewater concentration of 300 mg.L-1, while minimum variation value achieved 0.81 mg.kg-1 in 50 mg.L-1. Soi l cadmium content in the overall appeared as: wastewater irrigation was greater than the control group under different wastewater concentrations. Through correlation analysis, cadmium, copper, plum bum, cadmium and nickel content in the soi l were extremely significant positive correlation, which illustrates that under the higher content of copper, lead and nickel, the higher cadmium content was in the soi l under wastewater irrigation.
