摘要
研究了Ni元素含量对阀门用05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb马氏体型时效硬化型不锈钢组织与性能的影响。通过对不同Ni元素含量控制,对调整成分后钢获得的组织进行观察和性能测试显示,在相同的试验条件下,Ni含量为4.09%的05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢具有细小的晶粒尺寸和少量的α铁素体,及较高的屈服强度和抗拉强度。
The paper studies the influence of Ni content on the microstructure and properties of 05Crl7Ni4Cu4Nb martensite age- hardening stainless steel. By controlling of Ni content,the mechani- cal properties testing and microstructure examination were performed. The results indicate that: after the same melting ,forging and heat treatment process,05Crl7Ni4Cu4Nb steel with 4.09% Ni content has higher mechanical properties and finer microstructure, and has much smaller grain size and fewer α ferrite, higher yielding strength and tensile strength.
