摘要
2012年9月安徽省委、省政府做出"关于全面推进美好乡村建设的决定",之后,全省各地经过了3年分多批次、持续地进行美好乡村示范村的建设,农村环境面貌已经发生了显著的变化,但同时也出现了不少的问题。以安徽省巢湖市黄麓镇洪家疃村美好乡村建设情况为例加以分析,推进美好乡村建设,需要加强组织领导,建立健全长效机制,加大村级主导产业和发展形成规模效应并建立健全的落实保障机制等。
In September 2012, Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government made the de- cision of ＂promoting the construction of a beautiful country comprehensively ＂. After that, cities across the province have continued to carry out the construction of a good village model for more than 3 years. The rural environment has changed significantly. But at the same time, there are many problems to be solved urgently. This paper takes the beautiful country construction in Hongjiatuan Village, Huanglu Town, Chaohu City, Anhui Province as an example, and puts forward such suggestions as strengthening the or- ganization and leadship, establishing the long-term mechanism, promoting the development of leading in- dustry, and ensuring a sound guarantee mechanism.
