摘要
超大型输运床煤气化装置是目前国内外探讨、研究的一套新型煤气化装置。其所使用的气化炉是一台全新的大型干粉进料气化炉,在对新型干粉气化炉的原料选择上,需要从不同性质的煤对气化过程的影响进行多次试验研究。本研究选用不同煤种,通过测定比较煤的工业分析、煤对CO2反应活性、煤的灰熔融性等指标,得到崔木煤更适合作为超大型输运床煤气化装置的原料用煤。
The very large transport gasifier which is being investigated and researched in China and abroad is a new type gasification plant.The gasifier is a large late-model dry pulverized coal gasifier.It is necessary for this technology to carry out experiments to analyze the influence of coal properties on gasification in the selection of raw coal.Several indicators of different kinds coal,such as Hardgrovegrindability index,volatile- matter content and characteristics of carbon dioxide,were analyzed.lt was found that Cuimu coal was more suitable as raw coal for the coal gasification equipmentofvery large transport gasifier.
