市场反馈挖掘机需要具备良好的平地功能,尤其对细沙子进行平地作业,要求地面平整,且操作简单、可控。国内大型挖掘机常用于石方装载工况而忽略平地性能,因此当需要进行平地作业时,机器无法满足客户需求。平地作业是一个复合动作过程,斗杆往回收的同时,动臂需要微调,才能保证斗尖在一个平面内运动。针对此特殊工况,进行了大量的调查分析,设计了多种结构的主控阀阀芯,并且合理分配流量,使两个动作之间协调配合,以便更好地完成平地作业。
According to the market feedback, the excavator needs have good leveling performance, especially for fine sand ground operations, it requires the ground is leveling, mechanical operation is simple and controllable. The leveling performance of domestic large excavator is ignored due to the common application on rock loading conditions, so when a leveling job is needed,the machine can not meet the needs of customers. Leveling work is a complex process, and when the dipper is being recovered, the moving arm needs fine-tuning to ensure that the tip of the dipper moves in a plane. In this special case, a lot of investigation and analysis were carried out. The main control valve spool of various structures was designed, and the flow was rationally allocated, so that the coordination between the two actions was completed, and the ground operation was completed.
