摘要
为了研究甘肃省城乡居民大病保险保障水平,对甘肃省2015年1月1日至2015年12月31日城乡居民大病保险保障水平方面的相关数据进行描述性统计分析及比较分析。通过分析得知,大病保险的实施有效缓解了基本医保保障能力不足的状况,整体保障水平得到提升;报销比例较低,补偿基数还需进一步细化;基本医保补偿标准尚未统一,应制定全省统一的基本医保补偿标准;农民的保障水平有待提高;筹资渠道单一,应完善筹资机制。
To explore the current status of security level of the critical illness insurance for Gansu Province＇ s urban and rural residents, descriptive statistical analysis and comparative analysis methods are used to analyze the corresponding data in 2015. The analysis shows that the implementation of critical illness insurance effectively alleviates the shortage of medical insurance and promotes the overall security level; reimbursement ratio is low and it is essential to refine the compensation rate; the compensation standard of basic medical insurance is not unified. It is suggested to formulate unified basic medical insurance compensation standard in whole of province, improve the protection of farmers and perfect the financing mechanisms.
