摘要
目的对比研究低温等离子射频消融术切除成人扁桃体的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择该院2013年6月至2016年8月收治的行双侧扁桃体切除术的60例成人患者为研究对象。将其列为观察组33例和对照组27例。对照组患者行传统双扁桃体剥离切除术治疗。观察组采用双扁桃体低温等离子射频消融切除术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛消退时间,及术后并发症发生情况,并随诊六个月评价疗效。结果观察组患者在术中出血量、手术时间、疼痛消退时间及术后并发症的发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术切除成人扁桃体具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、疼痛消退快、安全高效等优点,比传统手术有优势。
Objective To comparatively investigate clinical curative effect and safety of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique in adult tonsillectomy. Methods 60 cases of adult patients underwent bilateral tonsillectomy were selected from June 2013 to August 2016 in this hospital as the research object. The object was divided into the observation group with 33 cases and the control group with 27 cases. The control group was treated with traditional double tonsil resection. The observation group was given low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique treatment. To compare two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, pain subsided time and postoperative complications. And to evaluate the curative efffect after 6 months follow-up observation. Result The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, pain subsided time and postoperative complication rate in the observation group were obviously lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low temperature Radiofrequency ablation technique in adult tonsillectomy has advantages of shorter operation time, less blood loss, less pain,safety and high effect, which has advantages over traditional surgery.
