摘要
讨论了铰链盖塑件注射模设计的方法和步骤,通过MoldFlow的分析对比,对此塑件的工艺缺陷做出了预判,更科学的进行了浇注系统、模具结构、排气系统的设计,从而实现了优化设计。
Taking shaft cover injection mold design as an example, this paper discusses the methods and procedures of plastic mold design. Trough the analysis and comparison of MoldFlow.a prejudgment was made to the plastic parts of the process defects with more scientific pouring system, mold structure and design of the exhaust system,the optimum design was realized.
