摘要
为了满足国Ⅵ法规的蒸发排放要求,国内各车企需进行整车燃油系统升级。在国外,车载油气回收(ORVR)系统已在整车燃油系统上应用多年,文章通过对该系统的结构、性能和工艺等方面的介绍及试验验证,证明其完全符合国Ⅵ法规的蒸发排放要求,因此ORVR系统可成为国内各车企应对国Ⅵ法规排放要求的有效方案。
In order to meet the fuel evaporation requirements that is stipulated in China Ⅵ emission standard, vehicle fuel system has to be upgraded in vehicle enterprises. ORVR has already been used in vehicle fuel system at abroad for many years. This paper introduces the structure of fuel system, performance, technology and the validation of fuel system, it is proven that the fuel system meets the fuel evaporation requirements stipulated in China Ⅵ emission standard, therefore ORVR has become the solution that meet emission standard of China Ⅵ for domestic vehicle enterprises.
