摘要
在工业、物流等二维条码应用环境中,使用条码对生产流程,物料配送进行控制能够有效提高工作的效率和准确度,而条码的印制质量是保障流程稳定执行的基础。因此,在实际使用之前,条码的质量检测尤为重要。本文根据已有国家标准,结合当前工业、物流等领域实践,基于工业级高速宽幅CCD,设计实现了二维条码批量动态检测光电系统,解决了大规模物流环境下二维条码质量的检测问题。光电系统能够在动态环境下测量二维条码符号反差、调制比、轴向不一致性、栅格不一致性、定位图损伤、X-印刷增量、Y-印刷增量等参数,定量描述当前环境下二维条码图形在动态下的识读表现。本文研究对类似光电系统设计具有很好的参考意义。
In this paper,an opto-electronic system for dynamic 2D barcode batch quality inspection is developed and the inspection problems of 2D barcode quality in large logistical environment are solved in accordance with the existing national standards, the industries and logistics applications practice and an industrial-grade high speed wide format CCD. The proposed system could be used to inspect the parameters including 2D barcode symbol contrast, modulation ratio, axial non-uniformity, grid non-uniformity, location image damage, incremental X-print and Y-print in motion and to quantitatively describe the reading performance over 2D barcode image in dynamic environment. This paper is a benefit to similar opto-electronic system design.
