摘要
根据高速铁路线路运行平顺度要求,设计并制作了用于CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板先张流水机组法生产线可控、能自动流转的单体钢模。该生产线由动力电源与机械、计算机控制与电器、电液伺服工作系统和监测检验系统4套主要功能设备组成完整体系。阐述了CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板先张流水机组法制造关键技术,并对轨道板模型系统,预应力张拉/放张控制系统,混凝土的输送、浇筑与振捣系统,蒸汽养护系统4个环节进行了技术创新。CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板先张流水机组法生产线以混凝土灌注工序效率为控制指标,合理布置生产工位实现连续生产,具有广阔的应用前景。
According to the running comfort requirements of high speed railway line, the monomer steel mould which has a controllable production line and could automatically transfer was designed and manufactured for CRTS Ⅲ ballastless track slab with pretension flow unit method. The production line is composed of 4 main functional equipment including the power supply and machinery, computer control and electrical appliances, electro hydraulic servo system and monitoring system. The key manufacture technology for CRTS ⅢbaUasdess track slab with pretension flow unit method was elaborated and the technical innovations for such 4 links as track slab modeling system ,prestressed tension and relaxation control system, concrete conveying, pouring and vibrating system and steam curing system were discussed. The production line of CRTS Ⅲ ballasdess track slab with pretension flow unit method takes the efficiency of concrete pouring process as the control index and arranges the production station reasonably for realizing the continuous production, which has a broad application prospect.
