摘要
轨道交通高架线是城市快速轨道交通线路的首选形式。U形断面的桥梁结构外形美观、结构经济、施工方便,是近年来快速发展的一种新结构形式。以青岛地铁人民路节点桥连续U梁设计为依托,对现有连续U梁截面进行优化。利用BSAS程序,通过建立平面杆系模型对2种不同截面的连续U梁进行计算对比,得出2种截面下全桥的变形和受力。在Midas中建立有限元实体模型,对优化截面连续U梁计算结果进行复核对比,发现通过优化连续U梁中支点截面特性,变相增加腹板高度,可以有效改善全桥纵向正应力及竖向变形,使全桥结构受力更科学合理,同时大大减少了预应力钢束数量,节约了成本。
Rail transit elevated line is the preferred form of urban rail transit route laying. The bridge structure with U-shaped cross section is a new kind of structure with the advantages of beautiful appearance, economic structure, construction convenience, which gets fast development in recent years. Based on the design of the Renmin road node continuous U-shaped girder bridge of Qingdao subway, the cross section of the conventional continuous U-shaped girder was optimized. The plane frame model was established by using BSAS program to calculate and compare the two difference cross sections of continuous U-shaped girder. The deformation and stress of the whole bridge in two different cross sections were obtained. The finite element solid model was established by using Midas software to compare the calculated results of optimum cross section of continuous U-shaped girder. It was found that the height of web could be increased by optimizing the characteristics of the cross section of continuous U-shaped girder ,which could effectively improve the longitudinal normal stress and the vertical deformation of the whole bridge. At the same time, the number of prestressed steel strands was greatly reduced and the cost was saved.
