摘要
"凝聚力"是一个单位求生存、谋发展的重要基础,对挖掘一个单位潜能、增加活力、提高效益有着重要作用,而且对树立企业形象,保持队伍稳定意义重大。就试油146队而言,要增强单位凝聚力,领导干部要发挥带头作用;领导要始终做到以人为本;党支部要发挥引领功能,激发党员的先锋模范作用。
Cohesiveness is the foundation for any enterprise in terms of survival and development. It plays an impor- tant role to cultivate the potential, improve the productivity and enhance the performance; whafs more, it is very es- sential to establish a sound company image and maintain the personnel stability. In the case of Oil Production Test Team 146, in order to strengthen the cohesiveness, the leading cadres should play leading roles by taking human be- ings as the essential. At the same time, the Party branches should excise the leading function by inspiring the pio- neering spirits of the Party members.
